👍👍 M&Q fitness centre is a gym that offers you all that you would ever need to build and train yourself as far as exercises are concerned. Its a standard but very affordable gym. There you can get very fresh juice and other healthy drinks. On cold days free coffee is offered to all clients

👍 Though I haven't used this wellness centre but I've been here to make inquiry about their services. The owner is friendly and from what i could see, they have great service here. It's close to challiboy Gbagada in a quiet street. I will try soon.
