👍👍 My brother took me to go buy some lechon (roasted pig) a few weeks ago. They sold the lechon by the kilo and I bought a kilo's worth. My brother suggested to get the rib part - it's slightly bony but tender. We bought it to go and enjoyed it for lunch.
