😐 Good location, but the developer is very irresponsible and don't ever ever buy a condo developed by EVIA estate, BBR holdings or CNH investments. They are too small local firms and couldn't even get coordination right. And any project overseen by "Vincent Ong" (EVIA managing partner) is one to avoid...

😠 Just for curiosity sake....security wasn't as tight. HOW come I could sneak inside and out and suddenly befriended an Indian who lived inside this condominium. He personally told me exactly the same scenerio whilst vacationing with his daughter.

😠 Impatient and useless man at the management office, who can't even help with booking the BBQ pit. He's probably the manager, who just stands around, and needs to be replaced ASAP. The lady who's working there sorted the booking in the end.
Otherwise, a nice big but old condo.

😐 Quiet area but nice. Shuttle bus to Jurong Point or it is a short walk to Gek Poh for convenience shopping and a good food court.
