๐๐ Thank you for the excellent service from the Northridge Mall branch. The young lady assisting me telephonically offered to send me a picture of the item and helped me save. The staff were so friendly when I got there. Definitely my preferred store in Bloemfontein.

๐ On the website ,opening time is 8:00AM but the shop opens at 9:00 am. Fix that please. It's frustrating waiting for an hour outside knowing that the shop opens at 8am.

๐ Very bad service. As I stood in the queue to be assisted, the cashier whi was assisting me ran out. Instead of the other lady cashier to call and assist, she ignored me and opted to assist someone that was behind me. I was left to stand there with no explanation!
