It was built in Neo-baroque style by architect Joaquín Rucoba in 1890, the same architect that built the city hall. It is named after Juan Crisóstomo de Arriaga, known in his time as the "Spanish Mozart".

👍👍 En este lugar se encuentra una de las mejores tortillas de BIlbao, y me atrevo a decir que del País Vasco, y sin quedarme corto también de España.
Es complicado imaginar que esta tortilla se encuentre en un salón de juegos, pero es así.
Recomiendo mucho todas las tortillas que venden, constantemente...
