Worst rated Car rental agencies in Madrid, Spain

😠 Avoid this company in Spain. They have hidden costs which is doubling your rental price. During booking my rental cost 270euro... But at the counter i had to pay additional insurance (even basic was not included). I've ended with rental price of 570euro!!! Thieves!

😠 Bad service, 1 hour waiting

👍👍 Pick up at Atocha station was easy, but only once you find it. There are not a lot of signs and we really wandered around looking for a long time. See the map I attached. The location is easy, and we got a better price than renting from the airport. It is near Prado and the hotel we were staying at...
