Worst rated Cars in Madrid, Spain

😠 Avoid this company in Spain. They have hidden costs which is doubling your rental price. During booking my rental cost 270euro... But at the counter i had to pay additional insurance (even basic was not included). I've ended with rental price of 570euro!!! Thieves!

😠 Bad service, 1 hour waiting

😠 Waiting 1 hour for a vehicle that was not charging at the fast charging station to be removed. And the other position occupied for 2.5 hours loading a vehicle. Limits and penalties should be put in place. The gas station operators do nothing about it. A shame.

👍👍 Pick up at Atocha station was easy, but only once you find it. There are not a lot of signs and we really wandered around looking for a long time. See the map I attached. The location is easy, and we got a better price than renting from the airport. It is near Prado and the hotel we were staying at...

😠 Cartel de “libre”, entramos y hay 4 coches delante esperando. Así estamos unos 20 minutos. Bajo a preguntar si hay algún problema y un trabajador de Europa del este me indica que si hay hueco pasa coche y si no, no y qué están completos, indico que cuando entramos ponía libre y ya había gente espera...
