👍 A good place, a place where everyone, big and small, can be happy. The distance between the elevator is too much. Signs to exit the car park are unclear. Improve the signage in the car park to make it clear and user-friendly. Use clear symbols, arrows, and colors to guide drivers to the exit.

😠 far beyond Kahathuduwa, almost Horana. prices are much higher than the advertisement. (ex. golf apartments are priced at almost 20mil and 2BR cheapest apartments are selling at 12mil (jan 2021) Simply its over priced , based on location and the quality.
