👍👍 Bellanwila Park, which is situated in Boralesgamuwa, Colombo, is little different than the other parks we have talked about up to now in Sri Lanka. It is not a natural park or nature themed park. The main features of this park are the walking track and bicycle track. But it is a lot more than that....

👍 Lots of instructions. Mostly couples are visiting here. Wetland plants are growing here. Can sit few minutes for talking otherwise nothing here than watching greenery. Fish , crane and ducks can watch.

👍 Spacious ground with a kids play area, and a fairly large pavilion. But it is not for a large crowd. Average maintenance of the property, owned by the railway department of Sri Lanka. Easy accessible from the Galle Road.
