👍👍 We used Tierklinik to deliver the worming treatment our Labrador needed to be able to travel back to the UK. They were lovely. Quick and efficient, put us at ease, spoke brilliant English (and tolerated my rusty German). Highly recommended - I'm sure they are equally good for more regular use too.

🫤 Unfortunately, the saleswoman had a long private telephone conversation and made no attempt to serve me or at least greet me briefly. Another employee asked her to call her back, which she didn't do. There was no apology or anything like that afterwards. Very bad customer service.
