😠 I was just there at 8:33 p.m. (they close at 9 p.m.) and wanted to buy 2 stamps, whereupon he just said he had already settled the cash register and I had to go to another kiosk branch... I think it's cheeky to send the customers away almost 25 minutes before closing time. Opening hours are opening...

😠 Zuerst als an der Theke ankam wurde mir der Rücken zugewandt und dann musste ich mich 2 mal bemerkbar machen bis ich bedient wurde. Begrüsst wurde ich auch nicht. Und zum Schluss hat man mir die Brezel auf den Tresen geschmissen. Also für mich sieht Kundenfreundlichkeit anders aus.

😠 Extrem unfreundliche Bedienung

😠 Is time to change the old lady to another motivated staff. Every time I get there, is she complaining and mooning around to clients... A lot of people need a job, and she doesn't like her work. Better change staff.

😠 The cashier with the headphones, who looks bored and is extremely cheeky, didn't want to sell me cigarettes even though I work opposite and she knows full well that I'm older because I've bought my cigarettes there many times. She tells me in a cheeky tone "If I say show ID then you have to do that”...

😠 I find it very disappointing about the fact that when we ask for something they answer with sarcasm. In my entire life of living I have never had such a bad service like this one.
