👍👍 Best pastries. Make sure you get there early for the best selection. Only place we shop in Zermatt. Remember that everything is more expensive up in the mountain villages. But we were there for a week and it was a way cheaper option to shop here for the days food.

😠 I wanted to pay at the counter and the female staff said the counter will be closed so she won’t help me. I then see a Caucasian customer going to the counter and the staff helped her and she was able to pay at the counter. The staff totally ignored me. I guess people here are just really racist.

👍👍 My husband managed to find the only romantic French restaurant in Zermatt. It’s recommended to take 3 mains and one dessert per person. It gives you the chance to try more for good value.

I was there with my cousin today around 16:30 hrs. Terrible service I’ve ever experienced throughout my living in CH for 12 years! The staffs at ski/snowboard rental service were unacceptable in any sevice levels!
