在這將近一年的服務感受真的不太好
有戴圓眼鏡頭髮少少的教練騎機車會橫衝直撞的（那次我要離開真的差點撞到我）
有員工會在騎樓抽菸亂扔煙蒂的
還有早上來會遇到臉很臭的大隻男不知道是不是教練很常在櫃檯但又不是固定櫃檯

🫤 如果有因為搜尋空中瑜珈找到這間運動教室的人，這裡的空瑜是進階串連動作，如果你做不到第一個動作後面就不用做了，老師對於做不到動作的人會直接放生半堂課，只指導做得到的舊生，是非常新手不友善的課程，建議能接受這種教學方式的人再來。

😐 先講優點好了，沛綱教練人不錯，會為學生考量，價格合理。健身房價格也很不錯，CP值很高。p.s: 找沛綱教練，千萬不要說自己是練健康的，找想要的身形照，明確目標好排課表。
缺點是，有氧區域離教練休息區很近，看影片如果不戴耳機，只要有一點點聲音，很容易就會被念。然後健身房音樂大、講話聲音大、放槓聲音大都很少去...
