在新竹南寮的嘉福食堂，
外表看起來很不起眼、很像麵店，
我們同行的人很質疑，說隔壁看起來還比較厲害欸！
我說我弟介紹的，去吃吃看吧！不好吃的話還可以唸他，hahaha!
結果無敵好吃！龍蝦超Q彈！蟹膏超濃厚的！
而且老闆掰開螃蟹後發現蟹膏不夠濃厚，
詢問我們要換一隻？還是優待處理...

👍 我們點了龍蝦🦞一隻，秤重後是2000多元，老闆幫我們做成兩吃—清蒸跟味噌湯。
大推味噌湯～簡單的調味讓龍蝦的鮮甜很直接的讓人吃到，而且肉質很Q彈～
相較之下清蒸的作法魚露加的有點多，搶掉龍蝦的味道。
金沙中卷很重口味、很鹹很下飯，但真的需要配飯，不然單吃負擔太重了.... 還好白飯不用錢🤣
