👍👍 我是完全沒有運動基礎也對運動沒有興趣的人
為了身體健康為了體態 只好逼迫自己來上課
這裡的教練有耐心 會照我們的需求安排訓練計畫
再加上超可愛coco的監督下 讓運動不再是很痛苦的事情
雖然也沒到非常期待上課（因為真的很累吼）
但⋯也不會排斥運動就是最大的突破了哈哈

👍👍 老師教學認真，且會依學生程度給予不同動作建議。上課時也會宣導正確觀念，讓學生可以對自己身體的動作更加有自覺。
給予的拆解動作口令也很確實，在動作時都能運動到對的地方！
加上小班制教學，每位同學在做動作時，老師都會仔細看是否有做錯。
上課環境舒適，而且每次上完課也有提供酒精讓大家消毒器具。
老師面惡心...
