🫤 Slow process. Some of staff doesn't speak English. Doesnt understand "how much do i owe you to pay?" Asking 4 times. They ignore you and stare at computer screen. They printed a document fuzzy quality still made me pay for it. Go elsewhere.

👍👍 It's very professional and welcome place. You may speak in English or German or Thai as you want. I came only to use the internet and print some documents, anyhow they provide full assistance in your travel, booking air ticket, hotels, local day tours and so on... I totally recommend.
