Best places: State parks in Baan Thong Po, Thailand

Park on an island in the river offering walking & biking paths, exercise equipment & a playground.

😐 Pretty large but you cannot swim nor play sand here. There are a big part with many statues (but not in a good condition) The play ground for kid was not in a good condition - play with care. More importantly it was pretty dirty in the morning. There are bicycle for rent there.

👍👍 Beautiful, clean beach. We were there the last week of June, somedays overcast but mostly sunny. The sunrise and sunsets were nice but not spectacular, mostly because of the season/ month. We enjoyed that there were hardly anyone there and it was very quiet.

👍 Good wind next to the river There is a ramp for people with disabilities to go downstairs. But there are still people who leave trash scattered around. Sitting in the evening, the atmosphere is very good.
