👍👍 Been doing Yoga with Greg for a few months now. First time doing Yoga and I'm really enjoying it. He's really passionate, as an athlete and running coach he understands how training can cause imbalances and tightnesses. He brings in breathwork too which I'm finding helpful. Highly recommended.
