👍👍 Mother has had surgery here 2 times already. The doctors, nurses and staff are kind and polite (Phrathep Building, 9th floor) and always give support to mother. The security guard in front was kind. I'm very impressed. There is a new parking building to support it. But you have to come before 8 a.m....

😠 The WORST hospital experience of my entire life. So sad to see this hospital blatantly focuses on making money over patients care and comfort. I was told I need to wait a LONG period of time just to check if I have food poisoning but staffs encouraged me to go to the ER when it clearly wasn’t busy....

😠 พาแฟนไปเย็บแผล วันที่ 13 เมษา เวลาประมาณเกือบ 6 โมงเย็น พยาบาลห้องฉุกเฉิน คนที่ตัวผอมๆ ดูวัยรุ่นหน่อย พูดจาแย่มาก หน้าเวี่ยงมาก ทำแผลก็แรงจนแฟนผมร้องไห้ ไปโรงพยาบาลเอกชน ยอมจ่ายแพงกว่า ก็หวังจะได้รับบริการที่มันดีกว่า แต่เจอแบบนี้คือแย่มาก!! ผมจ่ายเงินสด ไม่ได้ใช้สิทธิ์ประกันอะไรเลยด้วยซ้ำ!!!

😐 เร็วกว่าโรงพยาบาลรัฐ แต่ตรงจุดที่ลงทะเบียนพูดเสียงแข็งๆนะคะ หรือดูที่การแต่งตัว บอกตรงๆไม่ประทับใจตรงจุดลงทะเบียน แต่พยาบาลห้องฉุกเฉินน่ารักมากค่ะ ให้คะแนนพยาบาล

😠 พึ่งย้ายมาอยู่แถวนี้เลยจะหา รพ.เอกชนดีๆ เผื่อจะมาใช้บริการ เข้ามาอ่านเมนท์ แล้วบอกตรง ไม่กล้าเข้าไปใช้เลย ผู้บริหารไม่คิดจะเรียก บุคลากร มาอบรม ปรับปรุง เรื่องบริการให้ดีกว่านี้หน่อยเหรอ แบบนี้ ยอมขับไป กทม.หรือ รพ.ดีๆ จังหวัดใกล้เคียง ดีกว่า
