👍👍 Nice and Cozy Condo for rent. I like this place so much because of near Central Rattanathibeth department store, easy and convience to find more thing. Love for Mrt infront of condo, connected me to everywhere. Swimming pool, Fitness, parking and service here is save and good.

😠 Something needs to be done about the huge amount of dogs, everytime we pass by on a bike they start chasing us and we’ve almost been bitten countless of times! Really really annoying and dangerous

👍👍 The place is a little bit old already but you can still find a decent, furnished and spacious room with balcony. There are 6 bldgs. in total that you can choose from. The oldest are Bldgs. A1-A2. Most of the rooms cost at around 5k Baht.

🫤 The building is old and some unit owner will just make money asking you to pay charges for things you dont understand.
