😠 Very quiet, staff are fantastic, but each unit is individually owned and MANY ARE STARTING TO FALL APART.
Sadly Thai landlords don't care and you will be stuck with crumbling facilities both in and out of your apartment if you stay there. And lucky to get your bond with the way Thai law works.
