👍👍 This is a PRIVATE Condominium Complex NOT a hotel. As an owner we don't appreciate or welcome short term renters at all, and by Thai Law it is illegal to rent an apartment for anything less than 30 days. If someone tries to tell you its OK to stay here for less than 30 days it is NOT!

😠 My wife has been living in this apartment for several months now. There is an extremely bad sewer odor smell coming from one of the bathroom drains. This sewer odor is smelled for up to 4 hours a day, usually from the early morning until mid-day. It makes the toilet unusable from the extreme smell....

😠 Place is wonderful with is swimming pools and close to the beach, unfortunately this section of the hotel apartments is now owned by russian families with they screaming kids at the pool most of the day, the reception can't do anything about it, Will not stay at this hotel again and recommend others...

🫤 Beautiful flat and terrace But for those who suffer from back pain, the mattress, pillows and chairs are just awful. Nika is a nice person but she sometimes cannot help. I wouldn't come here again...for these reasons I told you before
