Bracebridge Pool
Lake
ππ Never tire of walking down to this pool to just sit on one of the benches and simply look out over the waters. Doesn't matter what time of day, what time of year, it's the perfect way to unwind for half an hour or so. If you've an umbrella handy, it's even lovely when it's raining.

Due to weather recently, the field was soft underfoot and there were a couple of little areas that were a tiny bit muddy so wellies/boots are a must at this time of year.

ππ If you want a peaceful walk, use this gate, no playgrounds but lovely walks, we walked up to bracebridge pool and then over the 40 bridges to the cafe, it can get muddy and boggy in places when it's been raining, but not too bad

South Cannock Farm Secure Dog Walking

ππ Great fun at Wits End secure field. We have recently had an 8 month old labrador and it was great to be able to practice her recall and also to let her have a good run off lead without the worry of losing her.
There was shelter in case it rains and a selection of dog toys too.
We will definitely be...

Priory Woods
National forest
ππ A nice part of Sandwell Valley to go for a walk in. It's spoilt a little by the M5 running right through it, but it's still a great place for a nature walk. There's wildlife to spot, and areas to sit and relax. Main areas are the Ice House Pool, Cascade Pool, and the historic Priory Ruins.
