😠 Very rude almost aggressive staff downstairs in the fish bit. The whole place STINKS of damp and mold. Most products have dust on them. All animals look poorly and depressed. Don't support this place. Don't go here - feel like I've shaved 10 years of my own life in this animal graveyard.
