😠 Absolutely no perfume or aftershave out whatsoever in the past 4 months. This included the run up to Christmas when people are trying to source gifts for loved ones and they can't even sample anything. Abysmal when it's in a shopping centre with ample security guards.

😠 DO NOT PURCHASE A COVID TEST FROM HERE! I was dealt with by a lovely lady called Kim, she was very nice to be fair but the testing system they are using is completely inaccurate. They gave me a positive test. I went for 3 other different tests and they were all negative. Do not use!!

😠 Burnham on Sea branch just now. Extremely rude staff member saying they had ‘been there all day’ when I went in to grab something a few minutes before they were due to close. Tutted at me and was just vile. We all have long days but there was no call for that rudeness. 0/10

😐 Rude pharmacy staff. And worse of the worst, please check your receipts because I have been overcharged on items before. No reason just cost more on my receipt so watch out at boots please.
