😠 UNREALIBLE. How can I be treated if all I hear from the Sexual Health Clinic is “ all our lines are busy. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

How can this be? Then she managed to get an appointment and was told she would receive an appointment...

😠 Terrible lying unhelpful receptionist staff. Dont understand why these people are in the job. Are you telling me that everyone needs tge service. You can never get an appointment at this clinic. All staff need to be sacked .

😠 Horrendous!! staff were rude and uncaring and did not follow the correct procedures, I got given 1 ibuprofen to help with my pain relief that did absolutely nothing and the whole experience was much more traumatic than it should have been. I was given almost no information just a few leaflets shoved...

😠 I've been trying to get an appointment to have my implant changed for nearly three months now, I've called as requested Monday mornings weekly (and at other times) and still no help. I'm in quite a lot of pain! Customer service over the phone is seriously lacking.
