😐 I come here mainly for the Harbor Freight store. I have observed a large amount of transients on the property. They sometimes camp on the sidewalk on the state college side and will sometimes congregate outside the Subway on the La Palma side. Transients are also attracted to the recycling business...

👍👍 Cool shopping center with a Mother’s, an LA Fitness and some other little shops. I found this sign which was amazing! Whoever did this — high five. The jewelry store here—it’s ok but the owner lady is super rude and racist. Ridiculous!
