👍 If you came unprepared for real hiking, like us, this is the place. It offers lots of great views of all the pretty though small waterfalls on the Lester river. We really enjoyed ourselves

👍👍 Very beautiful here. I didn't see any playgrounds. Did notice a small restroom. There was also a line of volleyball nets. Nice quite spot.

👍👍 This is a fantastic park. Very clean and well-kept, and awesome playground equipment. My daughter loves it. Great opportunities for walking, picnicking, and hiking, too. Simply gorgeous location by the river, with Mont du Lac visible in the distance and the Biauswah Bridge right there.

👍👍 Beautiful trails and pond. Hard to believe this wilderness area is right in town and part of the UMD campus. Perfect place to hike or cross-country ski over lunch hour or between classes.
