🫤 Staff is overworked. Constant staff shortages place a strain on workers which in turn affects patients. Maintenance work is lacking or severely put off. This could be a nice facility if upkept and if upper echelon managers cared.

👍👍 The staff and nurses, the CNAs and the maintenance staff, are so kind and helpful; it makes a really difficult time that much easier to cope, when my Mom had a stroke last June. Our social worker Jen has been great and there's always a smile on Pen-3!
