👍👍 We loved our visit to the Vanillerie!! Our tour host was very informative and passionate about vanilla! We purchased their kit to make our own vanilla extract and can’t wait to bring this amazing flavor home with us!

Wawaloli Beach Park
Park
👍👍 This beach offers a very calm and shallow sandy area as well as a rough high wave rocky area. Snorkeling opportunities here are great. Tons of fish and sea slugs to view in the shallow areas. Waves can get very high and rough the further out you go so take caution when exploring outwards.

Garden Eel Cove / Manta Ray Heaven
Tourist attraction
👍👍 The only thing better than seeing mantas is knowing that the mantas you see have come freely to visit. An incredible experience that takes advantage of the natural conditions to attract local wild rays for night feeding. A must-do dive for any nature lover!

Big Island Abalone
Seafood farm
👍👍 This review is for the Abalone food truck! We didn't have time for the tour, but was able to try fresh abalone here. Ordered the Sea salt & lime, Hawaiian sea grapes, and Abalone sashimi. All were delicious and very fresh.
Would highly recommend if you like seafood/oysters. Truck hours as of 7/16/20...

Kona Sea Salt
Tourist attraction
👍👍 Such an incredible tour! Very informative on the history of this place and what they do. Highly recommend this tour. Bonus side note is that most who work here and run this place are women. We learned not only about sea salt, but Hawaiian history.
