😠 It was a first visit with Dr. Casper. The receptionist was very friendly, as was tech leading me to exam room.
He was very abrupt, and interrupted me when I would answer a question HE asked me. He showed no empathy of any sort. Started pushing tubes in my nose with no explanation. It was painful...

😠 Dr. Shapiro ordered me an allergy test when I had no allergic problems, bill came out to be way more than expected. Make sure to ask for what you're receiving before going to this guy! Many other good ENT's out there
