👍👍 One of my favorite breakfast spots to go to in downtown LA. I love their breakfast menu and the tater tots were very crispy. I wasn’t expecting them to be crunchy because sometimes tater tots are soft or soggy. But I think vegan hooligans serves some of the best tots and bagel sandwiches!!!
