😠 It's ran by some very angry Chinese people who are rude and short tempered and hard to understand, the toilets don't flush all the way down, the TV's only get 3 chanel's, the key card don't work half the time, when the key card don't work you have to go back to the front desk, most of the time there...

👍👍 I found this hotel to be a beautiful place and a wonderful place to stay. Very safe and very clean and the staff was incredibly attentive and professional. I'm into art and creativity so this is a five star location for those of us that aren't into the Hyatt or Waldorph Historia type of accomodation...
