😐 So I will admit growing up in the south I am a harsh judge of smoked meats...that said, the ribs were well done. Good smoke, a chew and some good rub. However, the chopped brisket was a disaster. No smoke ring, bland flavor and just dry. Sorry Pat but this was just not brisket "cue"
