😠 Signed a year lease here and it was the worst decision of my life. People that live in this building are pigs. Throw trash, furniture, broken glass everywhere. Don’t even bother paying for in gate parking because the animals that inhabit this area refuse to pay and will steal your spot on your dime....

😠 They will scam you at the very end with the deposit. I had people come over and clean my apartment before I left still got "partial cleaning" fee. They will still charge ypu for carpet cleaning. So if i was you, in my last day leave dirty because they still are going to charge you.
