👍👍 Cozy pier & beach. Very clean & great for having a fun time with friends & family. There are public restrooms & showers. Just across the street, you will find plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops, pan cakes & coffee shops. One can spend a full day there

😠 Beautiful park, snooty locals.
Took my retired father to the tennis courts for a game but found the single court occupied. Played on the only open Pickle-ball court using pickle balls and tennis rackets, told to leave by male boomer Karen. Not a good way to introduce new players to a game.
