😐 Office and billing staff has poor communication but I absolutely adore Dr. Ritter. She is amazing, thoughtful and definitely worth the hassles in paperwork and appt errors. I trust her expertise. She has been with me through 2 pregnancies and 10 years worth of physicals. I'd give her 5 stars.
