👍 Owners of the park encourage upgrades and in fact will install vinyl siding on your home at your expense but suspend lot rent for 2 months to help with cost. Has a small lake on site with waterfowl. Roads are maintained well. Pet rules keep things quiet and safe while allowing for furry children.
