Everyone working at the Alta Vista Dental Clinic are amazing. I have found a terrific gentle soft spoken new dentist there, and Mimi is second to none. I had a dental assistant who only works there on Wednesdays and she was so kind and thorough in explaining things. Quick to help put someone at ease. Valentina is very friendly as well so it brings together a very good atmosphere. Thank you for providing me with excellent service during my dental emergency!

At first, I had a good experience with them (there was a Ukrainian doctor that worked there I forget her name she doesn't work there anymore + mimi the hygenist who were both amazing). After COVID and my own personal financial issues, I took a break and so when I came back after a few months I redid x-rays and a check up with the hygienist. I am disappointed to say this Hygienist was not making me feel welcome and was very frustrated when taking my x-rays. She then made the call that I would need sedation for dental work. I found that this came out of nowhere frankly when the dentist I had before was perfectly fine doing my fillings without sedation. Also, I never met with the doctor that day, I had one interaction with the hygienist who basically told me indirectly that they couldn't treat me or deal with me because I'm not able to open my mouth wide enough. This is very frustrating because deep sedation is around $1600.00 + my fillings and root canals are time sensitive the longer I wait the worse they get and so now after a year I've been dragged around and my teeth are worse. I did not appreciate their decision to have me referred.

Best dentist I've been to. Hygienist is so nice and does a great job and is also quick. Doesn't force unneeded jobs on you and only does what is necessary.

Dr. Marina Polonsky is an excellent dentist and the staff at Alta Vista Dental Clinic are very compétant and friendly. I would strongly recomend the Alta Vista Dental Clinic for dental care services. It is unlikely that you will find better care in Ottawa.

A great experience as always. First time I had filling replaced and cavity fixed without Novocain. Dr Marina Polonsky is a jewel with her deft handling and knowledge of laser dentistry. Her receptionist and admin clerk, Valentina, is always courteous and knowledgeable about appointments and billing info. All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending this professional dental clinic to anyone
