    Very cheap on the meat, veggies and sauce (no, the two spoons of steak were not full). Good service? Not really. Cant believe I paid 14$ to be still hungry after. I worked at subway for 6 years and this bread is 24h old. The employee didn't even had the patience to really toast my 12 inches sandwich

    I walk in at around 405 pm December 27th. This older man gets up from one of tables and says to me "you'll be waiting 15 minutes because he still has to do my order" and the guy working laughed at his comment once it was my turn I noticed the guy working kept looking at his watch, took me 20 minutes to get my order. I asked him to grill one of my subs and he said "I can't grill it but I can toast it" once it came to putting my order in POS system he took his time doing it because he was texting on his phone by this time it was 4:23pm. I'm not impressed with the service..

    Worst service ever. The behaviour of the employee was worst.The guy gautam was there he was very rude. he should know how to behave. He mis behave with us. i think the store manager should know about the employees behaviour.

    Worst service ever. They are racists. I pickep up for Uber, They served customers that walked in after me and when I complained they said it's their policy to serve customers first and im not a customer because I'm brown. Should close down the store

    It was empty until I came in 1pm on a Sunday and I took the order immediately without wait. I would usually order on my phone if there is a line. The sandwich artist is somewhat polite and followed every step of my instructions. However, I had to ask to add a drink after I asked for a cookie and she asked me “just wrap and cookie?”. Speaking of drinks, I almost forgot to add ice and found out that the ice dispenser is separate from drink fountain. They also use paper straws that I don’t like. Btw, the fountain is a cool touchscreen where I can pick flavours when picking a soft drink like Pepsi. Subway is my favourite restaurant ever, and without those complaints, I would easily give 5 stars.

    My sister and I walked in for dinner at basically the same time as 3 other groups of people and there was only one staff member working. Luckily this staff member (Nikunjo) was phenomenal- he worked as quickly and efficiently as possible to move the line along, and was still fairly friendly despite the stress! We were really impressed at how he handled it and I hope our review is passed on to him!

    EDIT: DECEMBER 30, 2023 I ordered two sandwiches, one with extra cheese. I'm not sure what happened here but staff chose to spite this order and only put cheese on half of it, and not double for that matter. Thievery for a corporation is just lame, don't be lame. Old review; Location is understaffed but the staff make up for it, definitely require two people on the floor at any given time

    We love this subway the best out of all of them in ottawa!! The customer service is always amazing, and they put a lot of care into making a great sub! My girlfriend and I were there Tuesday July 25th around 8:10 and the girl who was serving us (I didn’t get her name, but i think she was a trainee) was incredible!! super sweet and helped us out when the pop machine wasn’t working!!!

    My husband and I have been this store almost a year just grab a quick sandwich for our lunch. People working here with big smile every time when we entered the store. Forget the name of the boy working there. He is almost working everyday. Lovely worker!

    Let me be honest, this particular store does not care about the hygiene and the guy that served me was adding rice to my bowl and some the rice fell on the counter and he just pushed those rice into the rice container with bare hands and the customer service isn't good, and like I literally have to stand outside the store for 5 mins even though the store was open the guy didn't let me in when I went to pickup my order and it was early in the morning and in the cold weather the temperature was like -13 and it was windy.

    Food was AMAZING at first very hard to understand each other over the phone but in the end my meatball sub had extra meatballs and an amazing amount of pickles just like I asked for. Staff were somewhat disrespectful to me over the phone during the call but all is good. I personally will be ordering for here again.

    Your overnight guy told me I couldn’t buy 12 cookies because he wanted to keep the cookie cabinet full.! I was permitted to get 4 cookies… my luck

    Walked in at midnight on Feb 4, 2024. The guy was laughing and speaking to someone via his bluetooth headphones and he told me "you have to wait 30 minutes for your order". He continued laughing and joking with the person who he is talking over the headphones. I walked out, terrible service.
