New review: Hadn't had a sausage and egg in a while... and it will be another while before I order another one, at least not from this location. It was cold and the English muffin wasn't even toasted. Not pleasant AT ALL! Past review: 1 star for the Grand mac. Not worth the hype. Although the bun was soft, it's too much bread. Staff were great but chill out on the extra sauce! Lol its either too little or too much 😅 Update: back down to a 1 star. Not sure if its this location but the breakfast sandwiches have been tasting really bad lately, as if they've been cooked and baked three times over. Highly recommend avoiding this location.

How do you forget the gravy on a poutine, it's like the part that brings it all together! Not the end of the world, kind of funny really. The staff were super energetic and they were busy, honestly they still did a grand job

Average McDonald's experience except there was some guy tweaking roaming around the register area. At ine point I thought he was gonna start doing push-ups but it was like he kept emote-cancelling right before he started +1 star in atmosphere

There was a bed bug at the cash. Told 3 staff and one manager and they didn’t seem phased. Said they’d look into it after the rush.

It's a good restaurant as far as McDonald's goes, the staff here whenever I get a chance to actually buy McDonald's are pretty friendly and it has a calm atmosphere about it. They could definitely move faster when it comes to clearing lines and preparing food, but that's really the only critique I have for this place. It's generally nice and clean they keep up with the washrooms and have a nice playpen for the kids. I wouldn't jump for joy after leaving but I would definitely leave happier than when I came in which is very nice.

Overnight staff is very ignorant they will ignore you at the counter for 5 min even though there is only two other people in the restaurant which are sleeping on tables.... when they actually take your one sausage mcmuffin one coffee order they clear it off the screen then start talking trash about the restaurant manager between them for another 5 min instead of making your sandwich you have to start huffing and puffing and staring them down before they realize they never made(the overnight manager litterally said to the crew what is this guy waiting for and had to go back and look at the receipts then just throw it on the counter and walk away giving you a dirty look without saying a word. They acted the same way on my previous visit and I was super polite and smiling as most of us have worked at a McDonald's before and understand it can be frustrating but no excuse for it happening twice in a row a week apart. Most unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

Why their policy not allow to use washroom. Is it legal? Why store is open and wc is closed?

I received 2 of 3 drinks,they didn't mention that I have to serve the other drink myself.i will not be going back to this McD's

Good fast food, seems they are always busy and I hope they read my order clearly next time. For my 2nd time I asked not to add any meat to my breakfast and had to remove it myself. Am disappointed on that aspect but they seem to make efforts to keep the location clear. All in all, could do better and thanks for your food! 😌

This McDonald's is one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a McDonald's, or fast food for that matter. The food is near in edible with insanely poor quality conditions on everything. Vegetables are waste, they included a lettuce end on my burger. This restaurant serves food that none of the staff would ever ingest themselves. Absolutely abhorrent for the prices this business charges anymore. Take your money elsewhere. There's a brilliant Harvey's down the street.

4 star in total, but this location is good for 24h patronage, especially if you get hungry after midnight.

This is now my go-to place Monday to Friday on my way to work for breakfast! The staff are always so friendly and quick. The girl that is always working the front when I get there is by far the best at making my drinks. She gets the order spot on and perfect every time! I told her last week that she does a great job as she is so friendly and helpful also. I highly recommend this location, especially in the morning, because the staff are great, and the restaurant is in pristine condition every time. It's definitely a great stop-in spot and such a great atmosphere!

I had made a big order and even when it got busy my order was almost perfect I did ask for extra onions extra pickles and I just got regular.

Very clean dining place. People are nice and food is good. No complaints! Update after one year... Today was Mother's Day, and I took my parents to this place again, after visiting Tulips festival. The place looked clean and we enjoyed the good food. But this is not the main reason for this update. What happened next is, we left for Chinatown to buy something, when my Mom noticed her phone was gone. We didn't know where, so had to trace back to the most recent place first. We went back to this McDonald's, and asked one of the cashier to see if anyone spotted a blue phone. She came to ask her boss, and immediately returned with my mom's phone. This was a total surprise and my Mom was so happy on her day, as she had a lot of Tulips photos in her phone. My true appreciation for the kind person who returned the phone to the manager, and to all the honest people working here. Definitely we will come again.

It's McDonalds, it was busy, and social distancing was gone. Finally, life is getting back to normal. The hash browns were good as always. From a McDonalds perspective, it was a 5/5, but I just can't rate any McDonalds 5/5 if you know what I mean. The bathroom was clean, and the floors were clean, an excellent sign of care being taken.

Good location, no drive through but plenty of parking. Mc Donald's is probably one of the most safe/Trusted food sources. High turnaround means food is being filter through quite quickly so chance of getting sick are extremely low. Additionally the morning breakfast and coffee is amazing for the price point with fresh eggs. Extra: If you download the app and use codes you can get free food/rewards!

I pretty much like everything on the menu. You can't go wrong with McDs if you like this kind of food. The best thing about McDs is that the food tastes the same no matter which location, or country for that matter. Also, the ice cream is better and cheaper than DQ.

It's McDonald's... But the service here is professional, friendly, top notch. They deserve credit. Especially given it can be a pretty sketchy crowd at this location, and I was warned by someone once approaching a table a sketchy dude had just left that the guy was just shooting up or snorting there or something. They handled it well.

It was a good place to stop for a bite. Friendly staff and good service. It was clean and fast service. I will be back.

My husband and I visit this McDonald’s every single day for the last week or foods been uncooked messy and the chicken has been tasting freezer burnt I don’t know what’s going on with it but usually they’re pretty good but the last week it’s been pretty horrible. The food doesn’t taste right in the quality of the food seems to be pretty low and undercooked.

Probably the most organized McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff are nice and seem happy to be there and orders are filled very quickly which is nice since the one by my house is VERY slow. Overall pretty good 👍

Ordered supper from this McDonald's location the other night from Skip the Dishes. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra fudge, and well what I actually got was a plastic container full of vanilla ice cream. Extra hot fudge? Ha! Try no hot fudge, PERIOD! It's not rocket science McDonald's, just a hot fudge sundae! And let's face it, not of the best quality either. Make sure you check your ordered items very well from this place, before leaving or you too will be disappointed when you are ready to dig into your meal! 😕

Fantastic little location. Staff is always friendly and orders are fast and accurate. Location has never had a drive through window but it makes the location perfectly unique.

Waited 15 minutes at the cash with my kid to order some doughnuts and a hot chocolate. There’s no drive through at this place yet I witnessed no more than 5 youths milling around, talking and not looking at us standing there as I waited behind the 1 person ordering. A 2nd youth can up to the cashier and started offering meal options to the confused person in front of us. We ended up just walking out. I have no clue how this location makes any money. It was 315 on a Sunday and there were no less than 8 people on the floor. I really don’t think I’ll be giving MacDonald’s anymore of my money. The food quality isn’t great but the clueless employees and floor management is worse. What a waste of time.

Not a bad place if you want mcdonalds. It is always busy and since covid and uber eats they literally have a full staff on and are in a rush that never seems to die down. That being said their quality is still top notch.

Note that there is no drive-through at this location. It was quite busy when we went, and lots of orders of coffee and quicker items took precedent over the wraps we ordered. Getting out of the parking lot back into Bronson can get a bit hairy if you're driving. Otherwise it's like every other McDonald's.

🤮🤮I ordered takeout on Oct 29th at 7 pm. Raw chicken in the Junior chicken burger, i vomited up four times that night. I already reported this to the Ottawa public health and the McDonald Canada head office. Such unprofessional food handling at this place.

So I order McDonald's through Uber eats and not only did it take 30min to get here from across the street but what my girlfriend and I got was the most atrocious act of fast food neglects we have ever seen. The food was cold and evert order was wrong. And then unbelievably the monopoly stickers where stolen right off the box and fries. The drinks fries cold burgers and unstird mcflurries making the whole entirety of the order terrible. Worst we have ever seen or heard.
