Dr Mark is professional friendly and compassionate. My TMJ and back pain has been greatly reduced by his treatments. Definitely recommend! The staff are all kind and friendly as well.

For over 8 years I've been under the compassionate and complete care of Dr. Marc and his professional staff. Through injuries, aches and pain the Chiros, RMTs and Physios have kept me moving. The front desk staff are second to none... responsive, flexible and accommodating. My wife has now joined me as a patient on our Chiro visits and has greatly benefitted.

Whenever I have a knot to release, I have been depending on Jeff King (he is magic) to massage and unlock it (one visit!), but who would have thought I could run again, even with a meniscal tear? Ask Dave Zanet, my strength and conditioning coach (he is a miracle worker who made me able to run again), with an amazing physiotherapist in the person of Jade Babcock, who worked with me tirelessly in between physio sessions to help me figure out what was wrong with my knee! And then today, I met the lovely Karen Zanet-deGruchy who unlocked some persistent knots on my shoulders and neck - as we gleefully chatted about swimming techniques, the joys (and not the work) associated with being physically active, the (real) secret about nutrition, Gu flavours, LOL etc,; what kinship! Overall, such an impressive roster of health practitioners who understand your needs well, perhaps because they are also athletes (and very accomplished ones at that!). From the health care specialists, to the friendly staff at the gate, I am well taken cared of, and I see tangible results. Convenient downtown location I can walk to, and lots of time availabilities to choose from for appointments (I do not need to wait too long, if my need is today or tomorrow I get it:). Five stars!!!

It has been 3 weeks at a rate of twice a week and the pain almost all gone. Followed instructions and came to the sessions with a positive attitude - It's working....I have tried elsewhere with little if any result. PS. I never give 5 stars because there is always room to get better that way....lol

Do not book a massage with Jeff if you are hoping to relax. Jeff is an amazing massage therapist that will put the finger right on it, that little painful spot that causes you headaches or lower back pain. He's clearly the best therapist I've ever had. I wish I could give 10 stars !

I was referred to Dr. Mark deGruchy by a friend and since then, I've been referring all my friends and family to him! My initial consultation was very informative. He took the time to go through my x-rays with me and educate me on my spine/ thoroughly explain my recovery plan. I've had so much relief with my upper back and neck pain since starting my treatments. The front desk staff are also wonderful. Always so pleasant and have smiles on their faces! I look forward to going every week!

Karen is an excellent massage therapist. She gets right to the cause and makes you feel great inside and out! David has been a miracle worker for me. I didn’t realize that I was carrying around pain in my shoulders and upper back until he treated me. Now I can’t stop dancing when I go out for walks! I feel 20 years younger.

I was experiencing ongoing sciatica-related back problems and had seen a number of specialists to try to solve or ease the problem with little to no success. Then a friend of a friend referred me to Ottawa Health Group. They identified the cause of the problem and set up a regular spinal adjustment and exercise program for me. The pain has now almost completely disappeared and my body is back to what it was, which is a great relief. Highly recommended!

Typically, I endure the discomfort, only seeking occasional massages for temporary relief. However, today was an extraordinary surprise as Mr. Willette skillfully addressed my muscles to alleviate the pain and stiffness. His profound understanding of muscle structure and dynamics is evident. Mr. Willette possesses a keen comprehension of pain and adeptly manipulates the muscles to mitigate discomfort. It was remarkable how he intuited my needs swiftly and focused on precisely what was required. The results were nothing short of fantastic - I felt a remarkable reduction in stiffness and the pain vanished. It was akin to shedding a burdensome backpack off my shoulders. Moreover, Mr. Willette conducts himself with utmost professionalism, creating an atmosphere of safety and respect. I'm sincerely thankful to him for his expertise and care. I also want to thank the receptionist for being friendly and kind. The overall experience was easy and comfortable. I'm genuinely pleased to have found OHG and will undoubtedly return.
