The fish and chips was horrendous and despite telling the waiters they just ignored us! It's also way more pricey than other pubs here in Ankara. Editing: based on the reply of the owner himself I now see where the waiters get their manners from. Who told you we didn't try the fish?! Of course we did... it was days old and tasted off and the texture was rubbery. It was disgusting to say the least and you ought to be ashamed of even serving it! Instead of acting like a snub, you could apologize for the behavior of your waiters and ask us to give your pub another shot but obviously you just lack in customer service manners and have no idea what English fish and chips should taste like! Again another edit: I just can't believe how pathetic you are (the owner that is) do you honestly think that anyone reading this post is actually going to believe that a mum ordered her 3 years old daughter a fish dish, which she absolutely refused after just one bite, and didn't try it herself?! Seriously? And to prove it, how about I come over to your pub and we can check the cameras' footage together and I can show you myself eating from that horrific dish? Oh and one last thing, instead of making petty comments about different matters, that are just non of your business, why don't you just try to address the problem at hand? ( that your servers, and you, couldve handled the situation a lot better and everyone would've been happy)

Great place to enjoy live piano music and wine.

Went there for a Christmas meal. Paid extortionate amount for a very dry, boring, and limited menu that was NOT a Christmas meal AT ALL. Service was slow and bad. What they served as a minced pie was ridiculous and they didn’t even serve it with coffee. Certainly not going back there. I don’t recommend at all! Answer to business owner: 6 course meal? You must have mixed us up with someone else. Including the pathetic minced pie, it was hardly a 4 course! And no, we couldn’t finish the burnt and dry turkey. And, certainly being fair so that maybe you can try to justify the prices you charge from your next customer!

Meals are exquisite, live piano is lovely. Enterecote is perfectly cooked as I’ve ordered. Thanks to Mr. Hamza for excellent service.

Hands down the best and the classiest place in Ankara and Turkey. Incredible ambience welcomes you with impeccable service combined with incredible food and drinks from all around the world. It is impossible to leave this place without finding something for your pallet, catering all foodie preferences. The cocktails are the best cocktails I have ever tasted with infinite options and without skimming from the booze, they are the best. My girlfriend wasn't sure what to order so the staff asked for her for her preferences in a cocktail and mixed the perfect cocktail for her. I was particularly fond of tiramisu, it was so fresh and apparently made daily. It's also great for celebrations and big organisations. I highly recommend everyone to give it a shot here.

I can only speak from my experience in the day time, during lunch with young kids. Impressive decor and a great pub menu (you can have your Pork fix here). Last time was Hamza, but the staff in general is very friendly (They have patience for my kids, so that's good enough for me). My only less favorable comment would be regarding IPA Beers, they have it on the menu but they don't seem to have it in stock whenever I go (last time they one only one!). However, there are other types of beer to choose from that come in fancy glasses!

The Cork is one of the most international pub in Ankara that makes people feel comfortable. I really love their cocktails and app. Please dont forget to try New York sour or Margarita ! if you wanna get drunk please try both ;)

You can find an extensive menu consisting dishes from world cuisine, along with the beverages. There was also live music (piano&vocal) in this cozy place - on Saturday evening. The owner also made a very thoughtful gesture, demonstrating the importance they give to their customers. Staff is very motivated and attentive. In short we had an excellent evening and will be coming for breakfast too :) thank you once again!

Not tasty at all... Not meat, not salads, not vegi buritto weren't delicious. Waiters don't speak English. And pretty expensive prices. Only nice view and atmosphere, that's all, unfortunately... We were sad to spent so much money and didn't enjoy.

Great food served in a great atmosphere. Restaurant clearly takes after English pub food and does it quite well. Its a little on the pricey side but I guess certain ingredients need to be imported. Service was brilliant, especially Hamza who made it a pleasure, your recommendation for the tiramisu was genius. Also a great view of Ankara in the backdrop. Look forward to going back again. Definitely a place to go for a special occasion.

Very impressive. Calm but lively Mediterranean deco, well spaced out for private conversations, with a large well-ventilated section for smokers that converts to an outdoor patio in good weather. The menu features cuisine from all over the world. Great international selection of beers, wines and whiskies. The pianist is concert worthy and the singer in the evening, Mr Manap, delighted us with our favorite Italian and Spanish songs. His voice will take you from Italy to Mexico to Las Vegas, all in one night! Just a great evening altogether.

So, here's the deal, we called the restaurant for Valentine's, the operator said they don't accept people "UNDER 25 YEARS OLD", drinking age in Turkey is 18, smoking age is 18, but their "COMPANY POLICY" is strict! No idea where do they get this from, we were in that restaurant before, but we won't go EVER AGAIN.

High end pub/restaurant with amazing decoration. Great service. I visited this restaurant in September last year. I was there again yesterday (March 7, 2023). This time the food was disappointing. We ordered Tagine. The meat was tough and tasteless. Apparently it was never browned in a frying pan. We could not finish it. The house wine was very good.

The pub looked amazing, and the view over the city was amazing. Only the food was lacking slightly in spice for certain dishes where a certain spice is expected, but the food was plentiful. Drinks were delicious and it was reasonably priced

This is a great place to have some delicious food and drink some good wine right across the view of Ankara. You might think that there is nothing appealing for the view of this city but try this place to have a different perpective. During summer time, you can always utilize the open-air area which is surrounded with grass that creates perfect social media moments, especially during golden hour :) Now, the place is getting ready for winter by installing glass construction around the terrace as well as heaters on the top of the construction, which will keep this place cozy for any gathering. Mentioning gatherings, the Cork is very convenient for any events such as dates with your significant other(s), celebration for a family member or farewell to your beloved colleagues etc.. For the events with large groups, just give them a call and ask for availability from the helpful staff. Enjoy.

Worst cocktails... Cocktails look good but the taste is not there. EDIT: please learn to make a proper old fashioned. I dont think the recipe calls for Beypazari soda. Plus there were 7 of us and after trying 2 cocktails we all switched to beer...

This is a very elegant place with excellent live music, a very wide food and drink menu and kindest staff. Strongly recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy a delightful evening. And do not worry about the prices :)

The espresso martini was impeccable one of the best I’ve ever had, the cocktail waiter Tam is an inspiration & his cocktails are renowned throughout the community & didn't disappoint with his personal varieties of cocktails, can’t recommend it highly enough

Bit of a trek to get here but worth it. Great English food available at a good price. Decor very pleasant and relaxing. Serve quick and efficient.

This place is amazing. By far the best bar in town maybe even in whole Turkey. Atmosphere is great, music is great and of course bartender guy Tan makes just amazing coctails. You dont need to chose from the menu. Just tell him what you want. Something sweet? Maybe something strong or a soft drink. He will understand what you need and will give what you need. Just great personel and great place. just go there. You are going to love it
