I was on Bali massage. I was given a robe that was actually wet. I said about it to the staff and they said it’s clean. I have been on Bali massage many times before in many places. It’s always made with oil. But in this place massage therapists wiped the oil on my hair, I have never such experience before. I had to go to home with oily hair. It seemed like I had not wash my hair for 2 weeks

They misinformed us and charged more. Facilities are not enough for any kind of service and doesn't look decent. Gives the impression as if massage is not the main idea.

****BE AWARE **** Do yourself favor pay little more Go somewhere else! Deserves Zero star ! this is SCAM , I reserved the biggest room the have since we are 2 adults and 2 kids, Room is on level 4 and elevator goes just to level 2 the rest you need to cary your luggages !! Room ??No sheet was changed, filthy! hotel reception extremely rode , when I asked to change the room they said NO and I asked to cancel so I can find somewhere else they said it’s cancelled but no refund at all , they call me and my wife “ go back to your country “ They called police on us because we ask our money back ( even we ask to take cancellation fee ) .

It was gross. And there was no ac what so ever it was boiling in the room. The sheets were gross and there were spots everywhere on the sheets. There were holls in the sheets even though we got a new ones. it stank in the room. And they probably didn’t clean the room for a week. The floor was dirty and dirt was everywhere. There are ??blood?? Spots on the couch and bed. And the bathroom was not cleaned at there was hair in the bathroom. There were little hairs on the sheets and there were spots on the pillows. An awfull experience. Don’t go here.

This hotel is nice. The female in the reception desk is very friendly, polite and helpful. On other side, furniture and interior design is great. Location is fantastic, the rooms lack one thing only, which is there is no A/C in bedrooms, other than that everything is great.

I stayed here for a weekend and definitely I will be back. Not in the city center but very close to it, and the area is very relax with markets and small restaurants around. Rooms are beautiful, I felt like at home there... You have your living room, kitchen room, bathroom, bedroom, all the ambients are divided in a very smart way without loosing space. Service is very good, very friendly staff, cleaning is a +, and the price is worth it... I only recommend to check the AC because sometimes it's not enough specially at the summer. But for me it doesn't matter it was not that hot anyways so... I really liked it

I went for a massage with my mother. We were very satisfied. The massage was very relaxing, it is the right address for you to relieve your stress and tiredness.

A beautiful and very clean hotel. It has many restaurants, markets and cafes. The bus line passes next to the hotel. The hotel is approximately 3 km from the Kizilay area.

A friend of mine recommended me the place a week ago😌 I was waiting for the weekend to treat myself for a girl out spa night! I ended up going on a Thursday night and having the best best spa night of my life🔥PS. Try their spa made face mask after the massage!
