I've been coming to you, to your Çukurambar restaurant (if that) for many years, and everytime i come i ge tmore and more dissapoitment. You can't even make a cake right and correctly. Your breakfasts, are disgusting im sorry. We ordered orange juice, it was water 95% and 5% vitamin C. I ordered a crossaint, it was heated in a microwave, I know you guys have everything frozen but for the love of god, make some effort. I got a waffle delivered...few days ago IT WAS AS HARD AS A TREE. I didn't eat it, I couldn't even cut it with the knife. It got the shape, of your lovely 😇packaging now I'm using the waffle as a vase for fruits thanks. Your quality has dropped over the years, over weeks its getting worse. I'm really dissapointed in your customer service, your waiters are rude and unpleasant. I will never come to you guys. Honestly I don't recommend anyone this kind of experience. BTW I hope you enjoy a picture of my waffle vase.

Service is quite bad. We were waiting for them to bring us the menus for 20 mins although we visit it outside peak hour so it wasn't busy at all. The table was quite dirty and we had to ask them to clean it. We ordered few desserts that were quite tasteless, we didn't even finish them. There are better places around Ankara.

One of the best patisserie shop in Ankara. All products are always fresh. They have very large menu.

Used to have better food quality. Still a large selection of pastries and good breakfast selections. Service not great. Smoking permitted beware. Prices are reasonable for standard breakfast items and baked foods.

Nice place, you can gather with your friends. But you must be careful with the food and deserts. I ordered a desert with strawberry but it was off. The sweet was moldy. They had it changed but this is definitely unacceptable for such a place.

Absolutely stunning atmosphere, lovely and professional staff, delicious meals and incredible options! I had a portion of "Sultan Kebabı" which consists a medium well cooked veal steak and einkorn bulgur wheat pilav served with a perfect aubergine appetizer. Strongly recommended!

Been eating at Liva for over 10 years , for the first time it's unfortunate to post this. The service was pathetic, food was served cold in broken plates. The quality and taste of food we ordered were no where near how it use to be before .The menu book itself was in bad state( pages were coming off). Dear Liva please notice these issues and bring back the classiness Liva use to have .

The staff are not as polite as they are supposed to be. The tables are not very clean, most of the times. And also, the money I paid was much more than what I got, in terms of quantity and quality. Every time you go to eat something, there is no guarantee you are going to have an acceptable meal.
