Horrible place, very rude staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Extremely unprofessional and unethical. My sister and I got an appointment for lash lifting and when we went there, they made us wait for 40 minutes and then later just told us they can not do it because they are “busy” even though all their staff was available and free, right in front of us. Because my sister and i are foreigners and can not speak Turkish, they were rude, laughing at our faces, making fun of us and not accommodating us at all. We spent 1 hour trying to understand what the problem was, but they did not tend to us just because their staff was not in the mood to. We travelled really far on a rainy day just to be told that they won’t do our treatment, even though we booked an appointment, and just to be made fun of. When we spoke to the manager, she was just defending her staff and did not help us in any way. Extremely racist behavior and unethical. Disgusting people.

I cannot believe the audacity and disrespect you have in your blood to open a salon and not provide services to people, perhaps because they are not from your country. Extremely disappointed in this, and I demand a formal apology and money compensation for the taxi fee.

Awful awful awful, stay far away! Save your money and RUN! Zero results from laser and also burnt my tattoo off. Gave me a cream to fix it, but needs treatment to reverse the damage from a professional dermatologist. Unfortunately a painful, unprofessional and uncomfortable experience all around. I have 3 sessions left but you could not pay me to return, what a loss.
