Based on the ratings and the comments we chose it but it’s a huge scam. I don’t know how did people had this really good experience in such a place. To be honest the workers there were so nice and helpful but the rooms need renovation. The waters were cut for a while, the sofas and beds were full of hair strands. The floors weren’t clean at all. The kitchen sink smelled like a rotten pond. Thought during the pandemic hotels will be more hygienic but not this place.

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Very dirty. The room didn't even have a real bed. It was a stack of dirty pieces of wood on top of each other. There were countless spots of god-knows-what on the sofas and the "beds". We were only staying for one night and we arrived around 11pm so we had no other choice. Don't be scammed by the pictures. It's very dirty and full of microbes.

This going to be a long bad feedback, but for no readers, just don’t go there! I’ll add some photo’s. Main points are: - Guests aren’t allowed during the day, or you have to pay extra. (No sign of guests not allowed) - rude receptionists behaviour - rooms are far from clean, a lot of spots around the room Detailed experience: I walked in to the hotel and asked for 2 nights stay for 3 persons, they said only 1+1 suite is available for tonight, we took it and asked for a bigger suite 2+1 for the second night as we expect visitors. We negotiated the price, as they promised the price is a room with AC. We offered to pay with card/credit card but they *only accept cash*. So we paid for the first night and tomorrow at the morning I paid for the second night, put I had to negotiate the price again, because I need AC in the room. Further, I was all shocked when I wanted to walk in to my suite with my two guests and the stopped me!!! Asked for their passports and for extra fee!! Just for walking in to the room!! Not for staying the night, as my guest are staying at other hotel and we showed a proof. We argued but they didn’t let us in. It was like they were spamming us for more money! Worker kept saying I’m just a worker so I asked to call his boss, but he refused. According to him there’s no way to contact the boss!!! So this was about the receptionist behaviour. About the room, room wasn’t that clean, toilet wasn’t flushing properly, some walls are unpainted, dust all around, rooms are too dark, the lighting is soo bad, further a lot of ice in the freezer, so no place to our stuff.

My relatives was looking for a hotel to stay in I searched on Google maps then I see it and read the good reviews so I visited this place with them. At first they did not care about you totally we talk to them and they very busy and just said wait wait I ask if they speak English he said I know a little! This place it's must be with a good English speaker. I asked to see the room, it's like you going to night club, it was totally not clean and they are not helpful, just we wasted our time, not recommended.

After seeing the pictures and reading all those good reviews, we had expected it to be better. The room was not cleaned very well. A lot of hairs everywhere on the ground and dirty walls. We were awake until late in the night, because other guests were having a party. The management should tell their guests to be quiet after a certain time. In general, not a good experience.

I wouldn't leave my dog in that suit! Unsavoury people fighting in the lobby, no hot water shower head broken dirty bed and towels ect...

Stayed here for one night. First of all we made a reservation in advance with 900 TL/night, but when we arrived they had only room of 1200 TL/night (the same and even worst that on picture). The renovation and furniture are ugly, sorry. Holes in the walls and sofa, very old furniture in bathroom. No laundry machine inside the apartment. Kids asked to visit toiled when we’ve checked out - no, sorry.

Very bad experience. They tried to scam me into paying more when we aggreed on a price the day before. had to pay extra if i wanted to bring in guests for 2 hours (it was mid day). kitchen utensils were very dirty, the room was dusty, there were a lot of stains on the sofa, my pillow smelled like cigars and they "couldn't help" because it was at night. the toilet to the more expensive "premium" suite didnt flush well, they promised us to give us fans because it was really hot and they didnt do as peomised, when we asked it was night and they said they cant help and you cant cancel your booking if you dont like it. The room was overall really dirty. I think this place bought good reviews because from what im seeing, its not all that. i dont recommend staying here at all

Best apartments and service in Ankara. Very kind, friendly and thoughtful people will make you feel like home. Sparkling clean rooms, freshly ironed bed sheets, great views from the rooftop. Superb location in a central and quiet area, within walking distance to a mall and the castle. The most beautiful voices in the nearest mosque. I totally recommend.

Apparently you have to pay for visiting someone, and you need to hand in your passport just for visiting a couple of hours, and they tried to make us pay extra multiple times, more than the price that was agreed on. Very bad experience.

First they said room will be ready in one hour then said we have to go to their other branch , not recommended at all,

Most importantly we had a good night's sleep. The room was cozy and the bed and pillows comfortable. In terms of cleanliness, the bed and towels were clean, the toilet and kitchen decent, but the living room was kind of dirty, the couch, carpet and walls were full of stains, they need maintenance. We didn't cook, but I don't think the kitchen is equipped enough for it. It would be better to just have the bedroom and toilet to be honest

Dont go there. We booked a large room and told the hotel we expect two visitors to visit us in the room for an hour during the day. The hotel staff said yes but when my visitors came they did not allow them in and were very rude. Extremely bad customer service and rude staff.

The appartment was so bad. The pictures on the internet were to good.

One of the worst places we have stayed. I give two stars because the staff was friendly and the location is good, but other than that the apartment was disgusting. The kitchen utensils were useless and super dirty. The whole apartment was really dirty, hairs and stains. It just wasnt cleaned properly at all. We didn’t have hot water for one day. When we checked it they had no idea we were coming (we booked via airbnb) and they didn’t know how much we have to pay as they have different prices on every platform. We asked if we could extend one night and they asked us to check how much we paid for one night. This whole place needs a renovation. Don’t get scammed by the pictures!!

I didn't know how I ended up at this hotel probably the owner has different properties in the city called "06ec Rental", but I booked the apartment hotel via Booking.com - a completely different address (06ev Rental House, Ziya Gökalp Caddesi 37-2 Kızılay - ANKARA, Ankara, 06420, Turkey). At first, I arrived at the Booking address and no one was there, and I texted the owner and he directed to me OTTO - come on, why didn't you inform me before the trip if the address wasn't correct. The apt room at OTTO was not exactly the same as they advertised on Booking.com. Also, TV doesn't work, and they charge 100TL for 2 nights if you want to use Air Conditioner - very funny and they took away the remote control. The room was quite dusty and very dark in the evening - they using very low efficient light bulbs to save electricity, and many stains on the sofa - not recommended indeed.

The location of the place is in city center. The reception and the quality of the service was really good. They were very helpful. It was a pleasant stay for me. If you are looking for a quick stay I will recommend this place

I rented a room in this hotel, and it was the worst experience and worst hotel I ever seen it is very dirty the bathroom is dirty smell cigarettes in the whole room. Even the bed is so dirty I couldn’t even sleep. I left at night to another hotel also the bathroom is so dirty no towels, they don’t provide anything it’s worst service ever. I don’t recommend this to anyone even if you see the rate 4.7 it’s a scam and lie!! just go and check the room before you reserve it because the pictures it’s not the same as the reality it is really bad!!

brilliant stay, nice street and fresh food...

I loved staying here at OTTO LOFT it was great experience different from other hotels you can cook in your apartment plus they do your laundry where they only charge you for only for 20 turkish lira which is very cheap. selman the receptionist was very helpful he can speak English. Thank you 😊 selman you were a great.

A nice place to stay (I stayed along with my family). Kizilay is hardly 15 minutes walk. Plus there are lots of markets, stores, super stores nearby. So your stay would be very comfortable. However, ask for the room away from the Elevator.

It was nice stay. Unfortunately employees are not speaking English but owner is really welcoming. Advice to owner something can be more better. You have good place.
