The place was normal and even better than other MADO shps

The staff are not professional. No respect at all.

Sweets were 3/5 , but service was total zero.. waiting for order for almost 2 hours.

Service is so bad, they serve only the Turkish people and ignore our order even multiple times requests from them

Location is good but prices are so high and food quality is zero.

Nice and good food

MADO is always a love as far as food and service is concerned. That's my fav place in Avonos and Nevşehir but in Ankara the staff was bit rude.

Mado is one of the places concerned a good restaurant. They have a great collection of delicious meals and desserts. But an advice. You need more staff. The service on this branch is bad . And slow. And I have no idea why when I call someone to order something new they bring the check like they want me to leave 😒

Service was great food was amazing but interior atmosphere felt awakward tbh like the chairs and decore and stuff and its a bit pricy but that feutacini was 100% worth it 🤤🤤

Mado offers a diverse range of delectable desserts meals and especially ice cream. You can also enjoy a Turkish cay or kahve with baklava.

Big franchise in Turkey offering a lot of different dishes from breakfast to desert. Almost all Mados have the same interior, which is authentic and calming. Very nice musical playlist plays as you enjoy the great food. Food is expensive but of very good quality. I had Knaffeh, it was delicious. Staff working there are mostly nice, although i did have one unpleasant experience where the waiter practically ignored us. But overall, its a good place to calm down and enjoy a decent meal, but keep in mind that its expensive.

Lack of customer service arising from my inability to speak Turkish.

Not as we expected.. We have been to some MADO café but this one not as tasty as the others. Even the milkshake just tastes ice 🧊

This was our first experience of eating vegan ice cream in Ankara, vegan ice cream is available in two flavors of strawberry and dark chocolate. The ice cream was strawberry with lots of fruit and the chocolate ice cream was delicious.The price of each ice cream was 6 lira and it was no different from ordinary ice cream. The seller treated us well as foreigners and I am satisfied with everything
