The apartments are very modern, clean and quiet. Everything is available: wifi internet, furniture, kitchen ware and bathroom utilities. The manager of this property is very friendly and hospitable. I’m glad I stayed here for the past 4 months.

Nice and warm place. Kind staff and lovely designed units. I have stayed there for 2 weeks. They serve hotel comfort with cheaper price.

Point Residence offers exceptionally clean and comfortable apartments. The host is highly responsive, promptly addressing any queries. I've lived here twice already, and I definitely recommend this place. And definitely, I'm planning to return again!

I have stayed here for 1 month in February 2021. Very safety, clean, new and nice apartment to stay with family, kids or friends/business trips or just visit Ankara. The location is in Chankaya/Ankara which means in the heart of the city center. Very comfortable like 5 star hotel. Highly recommend this apartment!!! Bibigul from Kazakhstan

Very nice place for a family, very cozy, good service, quiet and peaceful! If you are with young children, then you can not worry about their sleep, there are not too many shops and parks, the apartments have everything you need for life, all household appliances are present! I recommend this place both for a few days and for a long stay 😌🥰

I've stayed in this residence two separate times now for multiple months per stay. It's clean, the furniture is good, the kitchen is fully equipped, the shower is the best I've ever used, the location is convenient, and the internet is fast/stable enough for work, school, gaming, etc. The owner and staff are friendly and always willing to help if you have any questions or issues. I plan on staying again next time I'm in Ankara.

Perfect place for a mid-term stay, has everything needed in the apartment. Shops and cafes are close enough. Very responsive and friendly host
