I got spacy room, the service for breakfast and dinner quite good but during order fruits mistakenly order by staff. I order melon (honeydew) but they bring watermelon. Anyway, it could be acceptable. The washing machine need to be maintain and fix regularly.

Had two lovely nights here, all staff throughout are very helpful and friendly. Only knocked a star off as there is some maintenance needed in the rooms and hotel but overall very happy with my stay. Hotel was very clean.

Hotel is advertised as 4* - which is certainly not the case. The location is industrial, not the nicest area but is relatively convient to Sabiha airport. My HiltonHonors benefits were not acknowledged at check-in. Hallways on the 1st floor were dingy, didn not look clean and certainly not refreshed.The room was over 80 F on entrance and humid, the AC didn't do much - after three hours is was only down 2 or 3 degrees, The drapes were off their guides and would not close. Towels were freyed and worn. Refrigerator in the room was not functioning, nothing got chilled. Hot water pot was provided - and in a king room presumably for two people there was one coffee pouch left. The morning breakfast selection was pretty good, well attended to and products seemed fresh and were presented well. Overall, this would be a 2*, maybe stretch to 3*, in the US market - but in no way could be mistaken as 4*. I would even question if they meet Hilton standards for the brand right now.

Room was a little dated but clean, the food was excellent and staff were really friendly. Ideally located for work as quite an industrial part of the city.

I stay in this hotel from time to time and I am never disappointed. Workers are amazing. Room is clean, beds very comfortable. Restaurant is also very good, breakfast with many options. Even I know I am one of many guests, I feel always very special. They care a lot. I am very amazed and thank you - who prepared breakfast for me to go 🤗

Unbelievable!! Never book in this hotel, I'm a diamond member booked for 3 nights in this hotel king bed, traveling with my wife unfortunately when I get in to the room I found out the king be is actually 2 twin bed tied together. And when I asked hotel manager why, his answer was very rude ( take it or leave). Really disappointed

Excellent front counter service. Manager went above and beyond my expectations. Best place to stay if you are on a business trip or to and from the airport. Highly recommended. 5 star service All the way. Nice breakfast and staff. A special thanks to the Manager. Mohammed Hassan Brisbane Australia
